What needed to work better.

The initial digital menu buried the family story and compressed the price grid on smaller screens.

The design needed to bring the shop’s history forward while preserving all menu details and prices.

Built around the real task.

The concept centers the family history and keeps it connected to practical menu and ordering tasks. It is built as a readable neighborhood handbill rather than a generic restaurant page.

It shows an approach to a restaurant website where the menu and first call are easy to find.

  • Reframed the page as a printed neighborhood handbill with the family story before ordering.
  • Designed menu lines to stack cleanly on phones and kept the call action close.

What’s there today.

A design concept for a menu and ordering path that stays clear on a phone.

  • A design concept with a complete menu, phone-first ordering, and a matching brand kit.
  • Desktop, tablet, and phone layouts.
