Meet David.
David Marsh founded Little Fight NYC and runs it. When you call or text between 9am and 9pm Eastern, David picks up. There is no account manager, no ticket queue, and no hand-off to a team you never meet.
He takes the free first look himself (the first 30 minutes of a consultation are free), writes the scope before any paid work starts, and leaves plain-language notes when the job is done. Your accounts stay in your business’s name.
New York on-site support is scoped and priced before booking. Websites and custom software are quoted on a written scope, so you see the price before any work begins.
Website and software work runs remotely for businesses anywhere in the United States. On-site tech help is a New York service, booked once the issue and location are clear.
How we work.
You deal with the person doing the work. Start with a free first look. We look at the problem, say what we would keep or change, and separate that from any paid scope.
For a website, the written plan names the pages, materials, review points, launch timing, and care included. For New York on-site help, we confirm the issue, location, and timing before promising a visit.
David, during real hours.
Call, text, email, or write. From 9am–9pm Eastern, David answers. After hours, leave a message.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so plainly and point you toward the next useful move.
