We ask only for what we need to understand the problem, and we put the work plan in writing before work starts.

What forms collect

Tech Audit and contact paths may collect your name, business name, contact information, follow-up preference, and a plain description of the issue. That is the minimum needed to reply usefully.

Who receives a form submission

Forms on this site are handled by Netlify, which hosts the site and stores each submission so Little Fight can read and reply to it. Nothing you send through a form is sold, and it is not used for advertising.

The Website Audit Lab is a separate tool with its own data flow — it takes a website address and an email address, and involves services this page does not cover. What the Audit Lab collects is written out separately.

Analytics

Little Fight NYC uses Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and which contact paths work, and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings to see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks what you type into forms and search. Through Clarity, Microsoft collects or receives personal data from this site, using cookies and similar technology, to provide Clarity and Microsoft Advertising. The TikTok Pixel is not active on this site. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for how each company handles data.

These tools may record page views, approximate device/browser details, referral information, where people click and scroll, and events such as phone clicks, email clicks, Tech Audit or contact button clicks, and form submits. Little Fight uses this information for measurement, reporting, and improving marketing, not to sell personal information.

Facebook and Instagram measurement

If you choose “Allow visits + Meta,” the Meta Pixel and Meta’s web Conversions API connection share public page views, contact clicks, inquiry starts, and confirmed form completions with Meta. It uses browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, device information, IP address, and approved referral labels to measure which social visits lead to inquiries. This does not tell us the identity of every visitor or person who clicks.

We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or private report links to Meta. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event collection are off. Meta may associate activity with its accounts and use it for personalized content and ads, under its privacy policy . You can manage Meta’s use in its “Activity from other businesses” settings.

Google Ads measurement

“Allow visits + Google Ads” lets Google Analytics share inquiry completion events with our linked Google Ads account. Approved campaign labels and Google click identifiers help connect an ad click with a later inquiry. Google may use first-party advertising cookies such as _gcl and _gac for this measurement. We do not send your form answers or contact details, upload customer lists, or enable Google ad personalization or remarketing.

Cookies, pixels, and opt-outs

Visit counting (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) is on by default for visitors in the United States. “Essential only” in Privacy choices turns it off and the site still works. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or its clock is set to a European time zone, visit counting stays off until you choose “Allow visit counting.” Google Ads and Meta each need their own explicit permission; allowing one does not grant permission to the other. An existing permission for the other service stays as you set it. “Allow visit counting” turns both advertising choices off. Global Privacy Control keeps both advertising choices off. Withdrawing a permission stops that measurement and removes the corresponding first-party cookies; it does not erase data already received by a service. Turning off visit counting stops Clarity and removes its _clck and _clsk cookies from this site. When Clarity loads, Microsoft also sets its own cookies, such as MUID, on Microsoft’s domains; this site cannot remove those, but you can clear them in your browser settings. You can change your choice at any time using the footer.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, credit card numbers, bank details, protected health information, or private customer data through any public form on this site.

Work and scope

Project scope, pricing, access needs, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. If anything changes mid-engagement, the change is written down and acknowledged before the work continues.

Safe account access

If access to a website, domain, payment tool, booking system, or business account is required, Little Fight sets up a safer handoff instead of asking for credentials over a public form, email, or text thread.
