Who owns the system we build?

The written scope should say which custom files, data, accounts, and instructions your business gets when the work is done.

You should know where the system runs, who can change it, and how to regain access. A new support person should be able to use those notes. Paid platforms and licensed assets keep their own terms. When Little Fight NYC builds a system, the written scope names what the business keeps.

Ask what the project hands over.

Can another qualified person take over the system later?

Another person can take over more easily when the business has clear notes, the right files, and control of its accounts.

The notes should say where the system runs, who can change it, how to restore access, and what needs regular care. They should be useful to the person doing the next job. Little Fight NYC writes these notes as part of the handoff.

Include the handoff notes in the written project scope.
